A must-visit on any Orange wine tour, Rowlee Wines is renowned for its small-batch, hand-crafted cool-climate wines. Enjoy a guided tasting in their stunning cellar door or opt for a gourmet picnic among the vines. Their Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are standouts, embodying the elegance Orange is known for. On our Rowlee Bar & Dining Wine Tour not only will you visit the cellar door but you will enjoy an incredible lunch at onsite restaurant, Rowlee Dining & Bar.
2. Mortimer's Wines
A family-owned winery (remember Rugby League legend Peter Mortimer?) with deep roots in the region, Mortimer’s Wines offers a welcoming, down-to-earth experience. Sip their award-winning Shiraz or crisp Riesling while soaking in the rustic charm of their converted old schoolhouse cellar door. This is one of our favourites and only a 5 minute drive from Vinosa.

3. ChaLou Wines
For those seeking a more relaxed, authentic wine tasting in Orange, Chalou is a hidden gem. Chalou Wines is a boutique, family-owned vineyard known for producing small-batch, artisanal wines with a strong sense of place. Their focus on sustainable vineyard practices and minimal-intervention winemaking results in expressive cool-climate varieties, particularly aromatic whites and vibrant reds. The intimate cellar door experience often includes meeting the winemakers themselves.
Our Old Mill Cafe Wine Tour includes a stop at ChaLou Wines, as well as a trip out to Millthorpe, a gorgeous historic town south of Orange.
