These Terms of Service (“terms”) govern the use of our website and the purchase of extra’s offered directly through our site. By accessing our website or ordering extras, you agree to these terms.
Accommodation Bookings:
All accommodation bookings are managed securely through our booking partner, YourStay –
YourStay’s Terms and Conditions apply to accommodation bookings, including cancellations and refunds.
Extra's purchased through our website:
Extra’s include wine tours, BBQ hampers, charcuterie boards, airport transfers and all other transfers and any other add on service.
When you place an order for extras, you agree to provide accurate information (eg name, email address, phone and booking dates).
All extras must be paid for at the time of purchase.
Payment and Security
Payments are processed securely through third party providers (Stripe and Paypal).
We do not collect or store your full credit card details.
Cancellations and Refunds
Our refund and cancellation policy can be found here.
Accommodation booking cancellations are subject to YourStay’s Terms.
Liability
We take care to provide extras as described but are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (eg supplier shortages, weather events, or third party issues).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
